Our services
We promote the learning and acquisition of skills and knowledge for the personnel who work in fixed food and beverage establishments, through the certification of labor competencies and the professionalization of their services, to be implemented as a process of continuous improvement. ​ We are certified by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare. All our courses and consultancies are endorsed by the SEP and RedConocer.
Courses
We offer the following training courses: Hygienic Food Management, Customer Service, Theoretical-practical Barista Course, Theoretical-practical Sushi Making Course.
Consultancies
We advise on: Development of new products (Food), Nutritional Labeling, Menu Design, Menu Balance, recipe standardization, operation manuals, cleaning programs, introduction to the HACCP system.
Certifications
We have various certifications before the National System of Competencies and the SEP.
